FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Allos Chocolate made?
Our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches in Pennsylvania. We're a small business with a passion for creative flavors, quality chocolate, and natural history.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 10 business days for order preparation. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the delivery method available at checkout.
How do you protect chocolate during shipping?
We carefully package our chocolate to help protect it during transit. Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, we also consider weather conditions when preparing shipments.
We recommend bringing your order indoors promptly after delivery.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors. Avoid unnecessary temperature changes to help preserve its appearance, flavor, and texture.
Do your chocolates contain allergens?
Our products are made using a variety of ingredients, including milk, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and soy.
We work with multiple allergens in our production environment. Please review the ingredients and allergen information on each product before consuming, especially if you have a food allergy.
Are your chocolates handmade?
Yes. Our chocolates are prepared in small batches, with careful attention to flavor, texture, and presentation.
What if my chocolate arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the affected product and packaging, if possible.
We'll review the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters preparation or shipment.
